Privacy & Usage Statement

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, email, phone and message when you use the contact form, the event inquiry form or the email signup. Event inquiries also include your date, party size and event details.
• How the site is used. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics record which pages you view, your approximate region, your device and browser, and how you arrived. It is aggregated — we cannot identify you from it.
• Technical basics. Standard server information such as IP address, needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We never take payment details on this site. Reservations, online orders and gift cards are handled by our partners on their own systems.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your cookie choice and let the forms submit. They cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Analytics load only if you press Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. Press Decline and they are never loaded — that applies to both analytics tools we use, including the one that sets no cookies of its own. You can change your answer any time with Cookie Settings in the footer.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

Who else is involved

Some parts of the site are run by partners, and when you use them their own privacy policies apply:

• Reservations — booking is handled by our reservation partner, on this page and on their site.
• Online ordering and delivery — pick-up and delivery orders are placed with our ordering partners.
• Events and catering — the inquiry form is hosted by our events platform, which sends your inquiry to our team.
• Gift cards — purchased and redeemed through our gift card provider.
• Analytics — Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics, both only with your consent. We run the two together to compare how they count the same visits.

We share your information with these partners only so they can do the job you asked them to do. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email and messages

If you subscribe, we email you about seasonal menus, brunch news and the occasional dinner series — about once a month, never more. Every email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and one click is enough. We do not sell or rent our list.

If you write to us through a form, we use your details to answer you and to plan what you asked about — nothing else.

Your choices

• Turn tracking off — press Decline on the cookie notice, or use Cookie Settings in the footer.
• Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
• Unsubscribe — use the link in any email.
• California residents — you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sharing. The Decline button is that opt-out. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping it, and children

We keep inquiries and messages as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our own records, then we remove them. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Using this site

Menus, prices and hours change — we update this site as often as we can, but the menu in your hands at the table is the one that counts. Photography, menu text, the Crown Republic name and our logo belong to us; please do not reuse them without asking.

Reviews shown on this site are guests’ own words, published on Google, and are their opinions rather than ours.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site and our dining room. If something here is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at a larger text size, tell us and we will fix it — and if you need help placing an order or a reservation in the meantime, call us and we will do it with you.
